I created a character sorter myself a while ago; but never thought about using it for Key characters before. So I added most key characters to my own sorter and tried both sorters. Unfortunately I forgot to save the results of the sorter given in this thread; so I can only give the results of my own sorter.
Results are as expected. Loli top 3, rest of the top 10 is mostly dominated by Angel Beats. The other sorter the top 3 was the same, top 10 was also mostly the same just a different order; so I guess both are quite accurate.

Although Shizuruās still #1 (
), everything else is surprisingly different from the last list I made. Miocchi shot up from 13th to 2nd, Kotori from 5th to 3rd, and Fuko from 8th to 4th. Yukine and Tipi are pretty much filling in the gaps left by Ayu and Misuzu falling behind, and some other characters are shuffling around due to the results. 45th place on this list includes everyone who didnāt find some place on this list, including last listās last place, Misa. Now Kano takes her spot as the worst character in my list. 
Itās amazing how much taste can change over timeā¦Makes me excited for the next few Key games coming out~
Oooh I love favorite character sorters but I also hate them because itās painful to choose between two characters that you really love. Especially with Key, where there are so many great characters.
Since I havenāt played any of the visual novels and havenāt seen Rewrite or Little Busters Ex, Iām not including characters that I donāt recognize or know very well.

The numbers donāt mean much, since the margins are so slim.
If I ranked them by tier itād be something like this:
S-rank: 1-9 (An infinite and eternal love for these characters)
A-rank: 10-19 (Really love but not quite as much as S-rank)
B-rank: 20-28 (Like a lot)
C-rank: 29-40 (Like, but I donāt remember them that well)
D-rank: 41-43 (Neutral)
There are no characters I dislike. LitBus and Air characters are further down on the list because Iāve only seen them each once and it was a while ago. Iāve seen Angel Beats at least 6 times, Kanon 2 or 3 times, and although Iāve seen Clannad just once, itās inexplicably special to me. So I think it mostly comes down to exposure to the characters more than how good of a character I think they are. Because I really do like pretty much all of them.
Except the Charlotte characters really just didnāt stand out to me. Iām not sure why, but they just didnāt stick.
Iāll probably remake this list after Iāve played Rewrite and Harmonia.

Quite funny, never saw Shizuru but still #3. Also because of this sorter Irealized that I like Yui more than Kanade while I thought Kanade was best girl of AB.
Also THAT picture of Saya is so intimidating. If it was a different picture I think she would be lower on the ranking. Not sure if it is accurate because I havent played all of their routes yet so sometimes I had mixed feelings but in general it is probably right.
