Welcome to @Mugga and @Toullaty! I hope you both enjoy your stay!
Thank you for the welcoming.
I donāt know the serie The Man In the High Castle but if it is inspired by the novel of Philip K.Dick. It looks promising. Isaac Asimov and him succeed in going far enough in their ideas to give amazing works.
Some chapters of the Air manga may be read on internet. I not yet watched the VN but the adaptation wasnāt very interesting. It is because of it that my first impression of Key was bad.
Hi, everybody. Consulate here. Residing in the Philippines. Hails from the United States of Misuzu. I like many different animes and VN, Key and non-Key, but Key has that distinction for me. Likewise, the states are open to anime in general. President Misaki Nakahara sends her greetngs, as do former president Nao Tomori, for a successful and fulfilling term.
Loves Clannad, Little Busters, visual novels. I have also written some fanfics. I read a lot, also. Other interests include documentaries and sightseeing.
Thanks a lot to everyone.
Heya, Iām Zander! US resident, huge fan of visual novels and anime.
First got into KEY with Angel Beats a few years ago, but never really tried the visual novels until I heard about the Clannad kickstarter! Backed it right away and now Iām hooked!
(So hooked that Iām trying to figure out how to edit the scripts in the PSP version of AIRā¦)
Welcome @Mugga, @Toullaty, @Consulate, and @Zander1995!
The first VN I completed was Little Busters!, which was a wonderful experience and left me craving for more
I had a very similar experience
Thanks! I watched the anime adaption right afterwards, and while it was great, I now know why people recommend reading the Visual Novels first. Little Busters totally got me hooked!
Thanks! And I really do love Clannad so far.
My first route was Ryou and Kyouās two routes, followed by Misae, then Kotomi (I loved this route a lot), next was the Sunohara Bad End, Yukineās route, then Kappeiās, and my most recent one was the Sunoharaās! Now Iām in the middle of Tomoyoās and Iām excited to see the others!
Welcome Zander! You began with my fav route in the game and you seem to have been born in the same year as me!
The bookclub is currently reading and discussing Tomoyoās route if youād like to join, itās a fun way to reread the vn for me but itās also interesting to hear a first-timers perspective on things!
Welcome @Mugga @Toullaty @Zander1995 @Consulate.
Smiles for you guys. :kyogrin::fukowa::kgoha::masgrin::yukismil:
Hello there. Iām Youko Meko, a Singapore citizen. A fervent follower of visual novels and anime - Key, most of all. In addition, Iām currently working on a solo piano arrangement of the entire Air Original Soundtrack since few have bothered to arrange the whole OST, and Iāll probably move on to arrange more Key soundtracks.
Air was the second anime I watched, as far as I recall, and from there on Iāve read through most of the visual novels and watched most of the anime (adaptions) of Keyās works, save for Kanon. I canāt say I have a favourite work of Key - they all have their merits - but Iāve always found Air to be the most enlightening, and Clannad to be dearest.
Thanks all.
Nice to meet you @eptakyrios. Itās always nice to have new artists on the community. Iām looking forward to hearing your piano covers
Thanks, @Random_User @DMB @thebionic and everyone else. As of current, Iāve already finished Kaisouroku and Nomichi; and Iāll be sharing the sheet music once I finish a set of notes for consideration during performance and practice (since they wonāt be easy).
In truth, Iāve always admired the Air OST album as a cohesive whole, and am very excited to be able to share an arrangement of the soundtrack with the community. And as for a piano cover, Iām afraid thatāll have to wait until I get a set of suitable audio and video recording equipment.
Once again, thanks everyone, for the warm welcome.
