Introduce Yourself!

Hey @grooven! Welcome welcome, make yourself at home, someone will serve some tea eventually, maybe

Welcome, @grooven. Itā€™s nice to see another addition to our growing family.

Iā€™ve been a huge fan of KEY since 2001/2002 when Toeiā€™s Kanon first aired.
Quite an unconventional way to start, I must say. A lot of people prefer Kanon 2006 and the original VN over Kanon 2002, but somebody starting off on Kanon 2002 is almost unheard of.

It will be interesting to see how you fare in our community. I look forward to hearing more from you!

@grooven I recognise you from Animesuki! Welcome to the forum friend!
@Glenn_Irish Hello there, thank you for joining us! Iā€™ve seen you around Facebook a heap, and I recognize your name. Were you an admin of a Little Busters Facebook page, or do I know you from elsewhere?
@Fakkun Welcome to our forum!

Hi everyone! Iā€™m Edes, and I have been a Key fan for a while.

I live in the small country of Costa Rica, I did a quick search and I think no one from the forums has mentioned theyā€™re from here.

I think my first experience with Key works was with the clannad anime, but since then I havenā€™t watched any other Key anime adaptation (I obviously watched Angel Beats).

The first Key VN I read was Rewrite, and my favorite is probably Little Busters. I have also read Air, Kanon and Planetarian, and I swear Iā€™m going to get to Clannadā€¦ eventuallyā€¦

One of my hobbies currently is learning Japanese, Iā€™ve been at it for one and a half years. I actually read the Angel Beats trial and felt pretty good about it, so Iā€™ll probably attempt to read the whole of First Beat with my trusty dictionary.

Hi Edes, glad you could make it over here.

Nice, Iā€™m currently reading Rewrite.

Cool, Iā€™ve sadly been slacking off with learning Japanese but it must be really great to read stuff or hear Japanese and kind of understand it. ^^

Woah, if you could read the trial, then thatā€™s pretty good progress youā€™re getting at  Welcome to the forum, and Iā€™m glad to see even more diversity on here~

Welcome @grooven and @Edes!

Hope we get to hear all your thoughts since both of you are clearly veterans ;D
I would disagree. Iā€™d say most of the active members have read most of the Key VNs.

First time posting here! People just call me ā€œMindā€ I guess. Itā€™s just stuck with me for years now. Iā€™ve been registered for a while but completely forgot about here, and with Angel Beats First Beats out Iā€™ll come by more to look up more on it and Charlotte anime coming next anime season.

Iā€™ve pretty much seen every Key anime except for Air, I think. I donā€™t I really have a favorite in the animes but I know for sure Rewrite is my favorite Key VN.

I play a good number of JRPGs. I play almost every genre of game but I donā€™t really prefer one over others because I view games in a more open sense.
If I ever reach that level Iā€™ll be very happy^^

Hey, guys. A fan from Malaysia here~! My first Key works was Angel Beats and my favorite is Rewrite. Umm, Iā€™ve actually been following the news here for a while and really like this community. Aside from Key, Iā€™m also fond of Ryukishi07 works and Yuuki Yuuna series.

@Suzuki Welcome Suzuki! Glad you found yourself comfortable enough to introduce yourself here!

We are sorry for the late introductionā€“the nameā€™s Balzac, visual novel peruser and Key fan. The latterā€™s mostly because of the sterling comedy and music, though I can also appreciate the occasional straight balls to the face from our dear writers.

Is concurrently a poster over at the animesuki forums, where I started when I finished Rewrite back in '11. My first ever VN was Kanon, way back in '01, my favorite ever is unfortunately not a Key work, and I while my days pelting my students with chalk.
