Thanks to the new pic added to the site (and google translate via camera) I finally understand that part that I didn’t understand. It’s basically saying that Nishimori Yusa’s (that’s the right pronunciation) condition to her necromancy power is that she can only summon her late older sister… and cannot really choose the time when she summons her.
So it’s more like her onee-san is taking over Yuki’s body as she pleases 
And she looks like an orange-haired Kudo~ I can smell the fanboys already

So in those images, she’s either hiding from our field of vision, or she just doesn’t show up on camera. Must be incredibly stressful, thinking that one day you might just vanish. Especially as a self-conscious teen.

Oh god, that’s right. Nao-Nao is a sort of narcissist, according to previous interviews. That must be why.
She’s scared about losing herself, so instead she obsesses over herself? Or something like that~

Can anyone take a stab at what this name is? No kana makes brain hurt with names.
Or, nobody notices her, and she isn’t sure why, so she both does it herself and hopes for attention as well due to the rarity of it.
Well, I’ll do my best in attempting to translate this. がんばります！
Yu: At the start of the story, he is Key’s rudest protagonist (I hope I understood ゲス correctly)
Nao: She’s a fan of ZHIEND and is using the handycam as part of student council activities (used to monitor people with abilities)
Takeshiro: Because he’s been injured from his teleportation power before, he wears a protector under his uniform. He’s a big fan of Yusa and his personality is almost the same as that of Takamatsu’s (Angel Beats)
Yusa: When possessed by her older sister, her face changes (as you can see in the picture). She is also a teen idol for magazines and the like.
More:
- These 4 are members of the student council
- The people with abilities are “mono” but battle abilities are not “mono” (the モノ really throws me off, sorry)
- The outbreak of special abilities form in a small number of boys and girls during puberty
- The school that they attend, “Hoshi No Umi” academy, accepts people with powers. As such, it’s a special school
- The student council uses their powers and resolves things such as problems that happen when other ability-holders awaken to their powers

Is that the sound of you hopping on the hype train? Because that’s all I’m hearing right now~
Seriously, though, who woulda thunk that this newly announced Key story would end up being X-men the anime all about individuals with special abilities? Isn’t the first time Key has done it, but it’s still definitely something unexpected.
One issue that I may have with this is related to my comment:
We now know that it isn’t a normal school setting at all, and that drummer might just have special abilities as well that would contribute to their own backstory. But since she’s a minor character, they wouldn’t do that. That might leave us fans in the dark when it comes to all the other characters, which is one of the problems that came about from the Angel Beats anime.
I like @Takafumi’s idea about how Nao’s power increases her angst. I thought it was similar to Kido from Kagerou Project’s situation, and they did mention that character being sad and afraid that they would disappear, but never really built up on that. They might do just that in Charlotte.
So yeah, thanks @Zak89 for the info and, boy, was this info just massive @_@ I don’t know if my mind can handle any more stuff for tonight hahaha
Another parallel to draw between them is that they are both in leadership roles. Kido tries to get over her fears by copying someone she admires. Nao could be taking on the role in the hopes that she becomes a memorable figure or something.
