“Moooom, I’m arguing on the internet what flower this is, help me out, ignore that phat ass next to them”
Also I think that stuff she’s sitting in might be water!
Water is often used to symbolize things in literature. Water is a universal symbol of change and is often present at turning points in a story. Since water is often a sign of life, many times water represents life. Likewise, water can also represent death (such as dark murky waters). Water can also be up into two categories: fresh water and bad/polluted water. Fresh water can represent good health, and bad water symbolizes bad health. Water can also mean purity and cleansing.
As expected of Kazamatsuri, being able to figure out exactly what type of flower is in the poster
Anyways, knowing Key, they probably meant it as just a decoration to the poster. And that shadow is probably just a tree.
But it’s definitely highlighting the stars more than ever. What does make me curious about this and all other Charlotte artwork is that we see all of these stars, and yet see nothing about the Moon. That bright reflection on the water may or may not be the moon, and we can’t really say for certain because it’s just too blurry for some reason
Unfortunately there were some internal conflicts, and after receiving it from Tactics, Romeo Tanaka refused to hand Moon over to Maeda… I’m sorry to say, but I don’t think we’ll ever see the Moon in a Key project again…
Seriously though, I can’t imagine the moon ever being bright enough to create a reflection like that. Looks more like either someone is shining a light on it, or there is something big and bright amongst the stars. The sky is very very clear though, so who knows~

And lastly the huge light thats reflecting on the water at the top. Normally I’d guess the moon. But if you remember in the trailer, there one point at the end where you can see the comet/meteor in the window, and then it starts glowing and the whole screen fades to white. So I’m guessing that light is coming from that comet/meteor.
[/quote]It’s at 1:28 in the PV
Fair enough, so the bright light is the comet, and that makes sense.
How exactly is it related, I wonder? I think maybe it might be related to “wishes.” I’m sure we’ve all heard about “wishing on a shooting star” (and heck, a small part of Little Busters even included it), so maybe the girl (or the guy) has some sort of wish that they want granted. The subtitle of the anime might be related (waiting for somebody to come home)
Yeah it may look like there are more lines, but there’s a part where some of the same lines just suddenly shift orientation, making it look like a new line
God sake for some reason whenever I see the guys sillouethe I think of Kyousuke kun from Little Busters…
Ohohooo I wonder if we will see again some of those Jun Maeda “lights” special effects in the opening/ending. Also about the wishing tho, I think thats a really good point. There is a book only about wishing called “The Secret” and there is also a movie about it. But the reason why Im mentioning is that, when you truly wish for something/someone it just may happen like you wished. So maybe someone wished for a girl from a comet?
