I was never sure which physical version of Kanon to get, but…oh yeah, I’ve got to that or some Limited Edition version like it soon. That really is just plain nice to see.

I got the Angel Beats! french Blu-ray box last year from Japan Expo in Paris, but only had the time to watch it recently (in VOSTFR). I had already watched AB! a few times in Chinese and English subs before, but in this version the French subtitles are actually really good. Notably I was impressed by the french lyrics of My Soul, Your Beats!. And there’s definitely some of the anime’s most beautifully translated lines in this edition! It even made me use quotes from the anime in my daily conversation with french students XD

I must have bought these years and years ago, but while looking through some of my Pokemon cards I found a few cards that were a part of a Kanon trading card game. I thought I would post them here since they are pretty fun to look at, even if they feel more dated than VN did ^^;

What in the world is that and where did it come from?!?! I guess that’s what they did before Weiss Schwarz came along, eh?
But yeah I’d be interested in learning more info about that sort of thing. Does it have any information as to who made it?
The only copyright information on the cards is for Visual Arts/Key and TVTokyo.
This is an amazing find! We need to contact the Key archeologists to learn more.
I guess the modern day equivalent of this would be either Weiss chwarz or Mobage, since they look like they could be fan illustrations to me.
Finally had time to take a picture. (Kinda NSFW Yurippe in the middle)
Top: couple o’ autograph boards (or whatever they are called in english) I got as consolation prizes and a pretty revealing picture of Kud (covered by a less revealing picture of Yurippe) all from a pikatto anime lottery stand at the Taipei anime festival.
**Mid (L to R):**1st Beat, Track zero, and White Clover
**Bottom (L to R):**Three book-shaped music boxes, plays 遙か彼方, Alicemagic, and Little Busters in order. Then there’s Kanon OST + the Clannad memento album along with the Kickstarter box (special thanks to @Aspirety) and three volumes of RewriteSSS in Traditional Chinese, which I didn’t even know existed until I bought them 
Finally, at the very bottom of everything, we have the “Rin-mat”, no idea what it’s for, but it came with the music boxes, which is pretty nice of the seller.
I left out the small stuff like keychains and wristbands and whatnot.

Here’s all my Key figures and memorabilia. My Mio Nishizono figure is missing the umbrella because I broke it. I’m trying to fix it right now. I got the Rin Natsume figure and the cards in sleeves in Akihabara a few months ago.

Do those Makoto, Ayu-Ayu and Sayuri designs mean that Kanon could’ve been a VN with all its characters being chibi?!
Also, that “Hurt Makoto” Sketch is amazing.
