that king in the A wasn’t there before
aspi pls
I think you’ll find it was!
I do have a website of where you can download the Rare Tracks but not a place where you can actually buy the CD.
It was part of the KEY Comiket set for this year. Either check Yahoo Auctions for really expensive copies or just wait 1-2 years until it’s released to the general public.
Also super jelly that @Necem had Pepe ship the Planetarian English version to him.
Btw speaking of Planetarian English physical copy, I spoke with Sekai Project and they said they’ll probably bring that English version that Key printed in Japan to Anime Expo in LA in a few months. Just a heads-up to anyone in LA or who was planning to go to AX.
@Conk3r I realise the C87 Set is for sale on visual art’s online store, not sure if its still available though, I can’t read moonrunes http://plus.koubaibu.jp/item/c87_Key/
@raiyan damn, those shikishi look awesome! did they come with the holy breaker game?
Only with the C87 release, thankfully I was able to get them off yahoo for a good price. Going to get them framed but waiting on one more non-anime related art piece to come in so I can do it all at the same time. Framing shikishis is hard because of the odd dimensions.
I get what you mean. Are those regular sized shikishi or mini shikishi? Daiso sells shikishi boards and frames made just for mounting shikishi (25cm x 27cm).
I’m preeeetty sure those shikishi were from certain stores when Holy Breaker was released for general sale. Well, I was in C87 and they had no shikishi of any sort, at the least xP
Then the guy from Yahoo lied to me. In the item description said something along the lines of “exclusive from C87”
The two I’m getting in are going to be 25cm x 27cm, but the Holy Breakers are around 13.5cm x 12cm. Thank god for living in Montreal, there are a few good art stores that sell custom frames for a decent price. (some even specialise for watercolors, oil base, etc)
Well there are two possibilities:
- He was talking about the game, and not the shikishis. The game does look like it uses the C87 packaging and, IIRC, the public release has a different packaging.
- They really were giving shikishis during C87 and I wasn’t able to get any x(
So all of my swag has arrived! Happy swag day everyone!
Got my planetarian English edition! But I can’t help but think how this release is an enigma. Nowhere is Sekai Project credited, and the back has “JAPAN SALE ONLY” in big bold letters… Weird, weird, weird.
My two new tapestries together on the wall! My room is finally key-i-fied!
And I also added Misuzu to the route completion wall!
The Sekai Project isn’t even mentioned on the box ? That’s weird, yeah. But are we sure Key use the text from the International Edition on Steam ? And releasing an English version only for the Japanese market is … well, I just don’t really see the purpose honestly …
I’m sure they used the text from the Steam version. I installed that copy and Sekai Project is credited in-game
Rewrite came in the mail today, so I decided to take a photo of that and the AIR soundtrack I got for becoming Minagi MVP. Thanks, guys.
(Sorry if the image quality looks poor. My parent’s camera is very outdated.)
When I talked with Sekai Project at their panel, they said they didn’t have anything to do with the physical copy printing, that was something that KEY did as a one-off thing.
Here’s my loot from Keypoints! KeyFes loot to follow because they’re still in the laundry XD
Got the ZEN set including ZENBU 3, Calendar, Animal keychain, and others. Also got a CD from TAMusic, Kanon Violin (and they gave me other CDs for free). Last one is a really cute AIR illustration book. They were selling shikishis but those were out of my budget
zOMG DAT MOONKNIVES CD COVER! <3
There has been a long time since no sight from moonknives
@Pepe your recommendation on amazon orders will break me >_<
Once all my things arrive I’ll post all the things I scored from KeyFes and my amazon japan orders. Cannot wait!
