That seems like a super fucking shady site right there. Like, if it were an official online store that had that info I might even believe that, but a random website like that just screams fishy.

Regardless of shady sites and rumours, I donât mind if Rewrite ends up 13 episodes, as long as the entire thing is this anime original â6th routeâ we heard about. And not everything shoved into a big Micheal Bay explosions and boners inspired mess.

Itâs just me, but I think weâre better off waiting for official announcements than going along with rumors that are hard to confirm. If weâre not careful enough, weâll only cause needless uproar (ugh canât find the right word) among the community.

While I must applaud the amount of detail they put in that website; no, it is not any more reliable. It shows no proof for its claims and thus we have no way of confirming their information except by taking their word for it.

Yeah Rewrite will have 7 Vols only, each vol will contain two discs, they didnât specify the number of eps.
Just curious, how often are 2+ cour shows entire DVD/Blu-Ray listings posted at once? I know there were issues earlier this season with Twin Star Exorcists only having 12 episodes worth of DVDs posted (currently confirmed to be 50+ episodes) and JoJoâs at 13 (Confirmed for 39). Plus if itâs split-cour wouldnât they second half not be posted until winter?

Somebody spread this stuff. Thereâs frenzy going around regarding this (or at least in the MAL forums where I lurk a lot).
Letâs actually wait for official confirmation. The released BD listings arenât solid proof that those are the only ones we should expect. Otherwise, major misinformation will go around and needless salt will rain down (if I have to put it in lousy metaphors).

Yeah, MAL is going nuts right now. I too, was kind of having a meltdown over there earlier.
I saw the post at MAL about it âbeing only 12-13 episodesâ right before I had to leave and when I came back I was not surprised at all about how crazy things went, like, seriously, why is everyone jumping into conclusions like that?

The fact that theyâre reporting two discs per volume suggests to me 4 episodes per volume, which would fit neatly into 26 episodes. And even if thatâs the case, that doesnât mean there canât be more than 26 episodes planned.
But yeah, we donât know anything yet, so itâs all pure speculation.

Charlotte had two discs per vol and each Vol had two episodes only sooooooooâŚ
When I pre-ordered the Japanese blu-rays for Nagi no Asukara, I had to place two separate orders because they had only made the first 6 volumes available originally. Volumes 7~9 I ordered later. So yeah, from experience itâs not an uncommon practice.
The only thing we can decently infer from this is that âRewrite will be at least 13 episodesâ (7 volumes generally means 13 episodes per cour); this doesnât imply there wonât be a second cour in any shape or way.

The forum users at MAL seems very disappointed for now but the majority of comments that we have had until now suggests they give a lot of attention to adaptation.

Iâm hoping split-cour. How often are Aniplex shows more than 13 episodes without splitting up anyway? in 2015/16 there was only Your Lie in April and Gintama with UBW, Asterisk War, Durarara!!, IdolM@ster CG, Aldnoah.Zero all being split-cour in the same period.
Shigatsu had 22 episodes if I remember correctly
