I think that was just really it: some voice clips and icons, featuring Chihaya and Akane.
With the little stuff they released, it was cute. And the art was nice.

Seems like the anime version of Philosophyz!

I like what they have done to philosophyz to fit as the anime’s opening. The guitar solo in the beginning and the riffs that are used throughout the opening all feel modern having a more lighter and higher pitched tone compared to the VN version. I would like to also point out how nicely the instruments played out at the start of the verses too!
It could be just higher pitched, but is it just me or this version of Philosophyz feels as though it is sped up from its original?
There’s a lot of content in the original Philosophyz. They cut half of the guitar intro, half of the verse, half of the chorus, and etc. Maybe you’re just used to hearing the full thing more.

Didn’t Na-Ga say in that MAL interview that animators hated wavy hair designs and preferred straighter hair designs ? Doesn’t this apply to Rewrite ? I can see Kotori’s hair especially suffering if it’s the case.
Kotori’s hair was clearly simplified in the anime, and is less wavy than the original, to make it easier to animate.
…to which I won’t mind, if it minimizes the risk of off-models and poor animation. (the sleeping Kotori still has a lot of details in the anime tho)
