Is showing her off really that spoiler-y though? I don’t think they’ve gone into any details about her and it’s not like she first shows up super late into the VN.

Showing Kagari in images doesn’t reach for the HanaKana fandom. You need PVs to accomplish that.

At the very least some people in MyAnimeList thinks of her to be spoiler-y. I don’t think she’s that spoiler-y either. Maybe for those who think that her mere existence reveals a good chunk of Rewrite’s world I guess.
Oh shoot, I should have mentioned PVs. Since the PVs are the ones showing her VA’s name. Thank you for the correction. ^^;
Showing Kagari is arguably kind of spoilery for Rewrite as we know it. However, considering the anime is going to cover a new route featuring her, it really changes the dynamics of how her existence relates to spoilers. I’d say it’s about as spoilery as showing any of the other heroines really though it still depends most on how they really implement this new story.

Nice key visual.

Not exactly subtle but sells the general idea of the show at a single glance. Nicely done.

I tried to acess the stream for the Planetarian preview, but I couldn’t get my VPN to work.
But even then, it’s like 7 days before episode 1 airs.
Regardless of if people miss the stream, we won’t have to wait long to see the whole thing.
I’d rather wait a week than watch it at 240p and 5fps.

I’m just as excited hear about the upcoming news and the key visual does look really good. This is the first time I heard it was going to have a one hour premiere to start out with and I definitely look forward to watching as well.

I’m curious as to why it’s an hour long, but man, am I happy ! There’s still hope that Moon with be (an) hour-long-episode(s) !
And Tensho said the hour-long episode has over 800 cuts.
According to Shirobako a normal episode has between 280-340 cuts, so that stat doesn’t really say much. A bit more than twice the length makes for a bit more than twice the cuts.

Now that’s a really nice Key Visual (pun intended), and I think this is the first time that a pilot episode of a Key anime series is one hour.
Gah I should’ve known but this means I’ll be waiting a few extra days to see Rewrite since I’ll be out of town. Buuut I’ll be at Anime Expo so maybe Key will give me a nice surprise there in exchange.
As for the 1 hour pilot, I’m not too surprised. It seems to be getting more popular lately with shows like UBW, Owarimonogatari, and Re:zero doing it. Even 8bit basically did it before with Grisaia no Meikyuu/Rakuen. Nevertheless, good news. Is it July yet?
