Anime original Key work is def. my assumption. Holding out for dat Love Song OVA series. Working on another VN seems like a shot in the foot when they’ve struggled to get one volume of AB out, unless they just went and finished the whole thing. :V Of course, only if it’s a /large/ project. But yeah.

MAN! I was thinking that when I saw the silhouette, that it could be Kotori as a child, but I just didnt believe it myself, but had the tought in my head. Didnt say it until now tho.

I wanted it to be a Rewrite anime but the head of Key said that no one was interested in adopting it as an anime and that they are afraid it would produce poor results like Little Busters. It would be sort of unusual for them to take it all back and have it as an anime.
I read that Key’s president said he would be interested in doing the anime if someone called him. So there’s no way to know what the project’s gonna be for now :3

I think its possible that it could be a whole new project, but the way they are currently presenting it makes me not want to just throw the possibility that its Angel Beats related out the window.

It’s either a new IP or something related to Angel Beats, I got a little theory that if it is the latter, it could take place in the world before or ‘after’ Angel Beats probably purgatory, it would advertise the VN and could be the reason for the new characters.

I don’t think that would be part of the project hype. The projects being announced later this month. I think they’re just hyping up the VN with that.

Everyone pretty much agrees that, with the ending of S1, Angel Beats won’t be getting a direct sequel, right? Well I’ve been thinking, and with this new announcement of the reairing, my new theory is that they might pull a Haruhi. So they have a whole new season of the anime, its just spliced into and contained within the timeline of the original show.

People I don’t think it’s not gonna be a new anime continuation of angel beats the extra content and fleshing will be left for the visual novel. That said the only anime related stuff that Angel Beats might get is a Heaven’s Door adaptation IMO.
