I have finished the downloading and wanted to play but it says “This Game Is Japan Only”. So I changed my Windows System Locale to Japanese, but it still didn’t work. So, I’m not sure what to do now…
Get AlphaROMdiE, run it, drag and drop the VN executable to it. You’ll get a new shortcut with similar name to the executable. Run it.
I’m at 20ish%, rather slow download but it seems stable for now, might get to play it around midnight CET at this rate

FYI: get that program, and use it on SiglusEngine inside the gamedata map.

Ah, glad you can sort it out. 
After messing around with my firewall, I got it to work thanks for the info.
I tried > remaining 5days > stopped the DL and proceeded to not care again.
I plan to rehost it in some way for people having connectivity issues~
