I haven’t played any of the Worms game series. I think it sounds very interesting for a game I might enjoy playing. I would definitely love to sign up on it so I think the time could work for me but I can’t make promises since I have work Saturday night and all. So whatever works for you guys, I’ll consider it then. Also, if I do get a chance to play it, it’ll be my first time playing with all of you so it would be very cool to enjoy for my spare time.

Well I’ve only played that one so I can’t really compare. The worse thing about reloaded is it doesn’t work well with cross platform. (like windows playing with linux computer.) That is the only downfall I know of. Which is somewhat big tbh.

Wait. But they are not “ported”… Armageddon originally was made for PC, I believe?.. I’ve played it in early 00s.

I used to play the hell out of Worms World Party as a kid, loved it!
I was a bit turned off worms, but it seems like the recent games have been bringing things back up to the standards of the old games in the series and beyond. I wanna get WMD as soon as it’s on sale.
Also I really loved Worms Forts even if it was weird, they should do a remake XP

Oh huh that makes sense now that I think about it. I think when I was younger I didn’t realise that, even though I had World Party for the PC, I bought Armageddon for the N64 for some reason.
Just a reminder in case people forgot: We are still holding tomorrow’s game at 11am CST (that should be 17:00 GMT), about fourteen hours from now. I can make the time just a little more flexible in case people can’t make it, but the date is set. If you can’t make it, let me know and I will adjust the time next Saturday to a more convenient time.
Remember, it’s not the end of the world if you miss this game, guys. We’ll have plenty more opportunities to blow each other up in the future; just make sure you’re prepared.
EDIT: Despite some difficulties for some people trying to get in, our event was a success. Karifean and Meyvol were the MVPs of that game for sure. I need to get some practice in… ^^;

We had some people who had issues getting into an online match, so you should take some time this week to clear those issues out. If anyone is willing to help them with that, be my guest.

To remind everyone, our next Armageddon event will be on Saturday, November 26 at 11am CST (17:00 GMT), same time as before. If you know you are going to attend the event, please prepare thoroughly beforehand, as a couple people had issues getting into online rooms last session. Everyone who owns Armageddon is welcome to join!

I should be able to join you, but no guarantees since eleventh hour stuff can always pop up unexpectedly and ruin my plans but, either way, count me in. About the connection issues, I haven’t tried going online yet, but if you want tomorrow afternoon (GMT) I’ll be around discord, so if you want to check connection with me I’ll try to help out and solve any possible issues (if able to do so, that is).

I’m going to try to prepare beforehand so I can enjoy playing with you guys. This Saturday should be good so I’m in for sure. I’ll try reading the guide about the game first so I’ll be ready then. Also, I’ll see what I can do about connection issues for multiplayer as well. Thanks!

I can probably make it at least an hour earlier, maybe two hours. Keep in mind that if I pull back the time too early I may not be awake to host the darn thing, but I can pull back the time to something more comfortable for everyone if needed.
So, does 16:00 GMT work better for everyone? Or do I need to pull back another hour?

That should be ok. Since it’s a weekend night I guess I can stay up late so, if everyone isn’t ok with changing the time I can still manage.

I’m good with that as well. No problem here. I had to convert 16:00 GMT to EST so it’ll be 11AM for me. I would just have to get up earlier.

We’ve still had a bit of technical problems, but it all went well in the end.
Sad, but Eisen wouldn’t be able to play next week…
But that doesn’t mean that we can’t as well
