Would any of you be interested in having a Kazamatsuri fun friendly tournament? Thereās a program in beta that has been released which enables peer-to-peer games, Iām yet to test it, but having a tournament using it would be very possible.
No issues if you want to join in on the fun but donāt know how to play, if the idea gets enough support Iāll make a few introductory videos teaching you guys all the basics. The first time around, the Kluckamatsuri Klash will be Neostandard (Strictly one Universe) format using only key sets, Other details will be organised later!
So, would any of you be interested?

Man, so that online client crashed and burned so hard with a C&D over the translations that were taken from Heartofthecards. Solutions are being sought now, but itās a slow process.
In other news, holding out for a RWBY set still, please please please. I might make attack on titan, dependent on how Levi plays.

Angel Beats deck is so awesomely unique, using the memory slot of the board unlike most other decks. Though I find the idea that its viable to include some Miku Hatsune related cards with the Girls Dead Monster characters in the Angel Beats deck amusing. Particularly the Melancholic card from MikuHatsune.
Melancholic: Search you deck for up to one (Music) character, reveal it to your opponent and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
Leader of Gldemo, Iwasawa (CONT) assist: All of your level 2 or higher characters in front of this card get +1000
(CONT)Memory: If the number of cards in your memory is three or more, this card gets the following ability (CONT) Assist: All of your characters in front of this card get +500 power.
Because the Girls Dead Monster cards are all music characters, Melancholic is a good advantage with the AB booster pack cards, having more of these music characters.

There are some kinds of restrictions I think but only really in official tournament play.

Itās disappointing that Little Busters!, Clannad and Rewrite donāt have english decks too but a Charlotte deck sounds worthy of a day one purchase.

Err we do have 2 different formats for the game. The names currently elude me at the moment but for the most part everyone plays to their respective series. Because it can get pretty dumb if youāre allowed to mix series.
Favorite example: Your opponent makes it so that all of your climaxes go to your stock and then play Miyuki from Lucky Star to punch you in the face for 50 soul which is an instant loss if it could hit. It can only hit if you mix series.

Angel Beats used to be meta a long time ago ( around when I first started playing which was during Fairy Tail extra booster release) and continued to be meta for quite some time till Anti Heal/Salvage became a thingā¦
Little Busters is also good since it kept getting updates from the anime series
Rewrite was also pretty good till they banned some of the cards and even when they were unbanned it wasnāt relevant enough so meh
Clannad fell off real fast still fun to make your opponent feel bad for killing Ushio and fam

Ayumi: Send to remove from play area mill 15 to graveyard from deck. You can activate 3 of them in 1 turn to mill 45 XD
Also comes with an anti burn, clock shooter, free deck refresh, musashi burn, and stock switchers
All of these mechanics from this series supppppppppper fun
I bought two boxes and I have a bunch of extras although I am missing like $60 worth of stuff for my main deck (pulled everybody else except Ayumi/Yuu when Iām trying to make Ayumi/Yuuā¦)
Helpful Tip: Donāt be a scaredy cat!!! When I first started playing this game, my upperclassman would always have this saying as we played whenever he was thinking of something, āGo big or go home.ā Example of me failing to do this: I missed top 8 at my regional qualifiers cause I decided to try and live next turn and side attacked to make sure I could live and heal for 1 damage. When in reality if I just front attacked I would just won then and there. Thus I didnāt place in top 8 and lost my change to go to New York and play at regionals Q.Q
Whoever built this muscle deck has great sense of humor and is having more fun seeing the expressions of his opponent than actually playing the game. If it is actually viable to use in-game then Iām thoroughly impressed.:masgrin:

Well any deck could really be viable since Weiss has a lot of luck involved
But iirc Masato is a decent deck so yeah

Angel Beats currently has 4 different sets in Weiss. When ths VN was announced everyone thought we would get a 5th. But nope somehow it ended up in one of Bushiroadās other card game, Chaosā¦
