Special Announcement: Welcome to the Kazoku Collective, and Introducing Rokkenjima

We've been preparing this for a few months now, and now we're finally ready to share the news with you guys. Kazamatsuri is expanding! Specifically, Kazamatsuri's two founders, Aspirety and Uppfinnarn, together with our new web designer kyuketsukimiyu, are creating a network of fan communities under the brand "Kazoku Collective"

This is a companion discussion topic for the original entry at http://kazamatsuri.org/special-announcement-welcome-to-the-kazoku-collective-and-introducing-rokkenjima/

This is amazing!! We’re getting so many exciting news this week!
Even though I don’t know much about ryukishi07 other than Lucia’s route in Rewrite (which I appreciated enormously!), it’s a great news that we are getting more Kaza-like communities!

Too sad there are a lot of touhou fan communities already…
By the way, seeing how all communities are of “fans of X group of makers of visual novels”, there’s no problem with having other types of games, right?

We’re open to other possibilities, yes~

It could even be light novels, manga, TV shows, children’s card games… if you think there’s interesting discussion to be had, we’re listening!

Both of the current sites being about VN makers is a coincidence; KEY and Ryukishi07 are two things @Aspirety is very passionate about, and that have interesting discussion to be had about them.

We can’t link our Kazamatsuri accounts the Rokkenjima accounts ??

I wasn’t planning to discuss in the site since I’m not familiar with their works. I’m not exactly even familiar with Higurashi. Too Gory :minaamor:

But it’d be nice if the linking could work.

Account linking would be so good. Lots of work though, I’m sure.

Also, I’d join a Kaza-style Touhou/ZUN community in a heartbeat… (Gensokyo would be a very fitting name as well.) But yeah:

Like you said, there are already a lot of them, and it’s so popular too…

I did look at having single accounts shared across both sites, but it made it very awkward to sign up and manage your password ^^;;

I’m definitely keeping my eyes out for a solution though, now that I know people are interested in it!
