I think at this point, the only thing that these rumors have 100% confirmed is that there will indeed be an english release somewhere along the line. I’m still not counting on a simultaneous release but one can hope!

I was waiting for some English source to come up but still nope.
Anyway,yes there are several sources mention simultaneous release at cp as well but all of them are in chinese.
The most detailed report is from this blogger where he mention harmonia will be on sale simultaneously among other things.
