Hello, can you help me with Dreamcast Air game?

I try install RLDev RLDev for Dummies
But win10 and old instruction not work in 2019…

I want to check files and look if translation port is possible.
Well, I don’t have knowledge in many things to do it alone, I think xD
So here I am, if you help make it possible that would be great!
And I’m not English speaker, so hope we would understand each other xD

I extracted files from disc and got this

In most .PAK files are probably images that I cant get assess
In SCRIPT.PAK script for sure I see Japanese text from game there. But it’s need to be unpacked first =\

I may not beable to help as I have no experience with modding any of these games.
Mind sending that .PAK file, maybe I can get an idea by looking at it.

The .PAK files do look kinda like archives, But I do not recognize any of the formats for the files inside of it.
