That’s totally different from what I remember :x in all the other routes, Kagari was spending most of her time under Kotori’s care, right? And, while Kotori did try to restrict her to the forest, that never stopped Kagari from going into the city at night and “haunting” Kotarou in the common route.
That being the case, it kind of makes even less sense why the Kagari in the VN routes is, well, extremely silent. She should have been able to observe more from humans and be capable of communication in a certain way.
