Yeah, I understand you were just trying to be funny, but when trying to dissect something as nuanced and complicated as poetry, you have to really devote all your mental processes to explaining yourself. So, when something off-topic is going off in the background, where we’re supposed to be looking for other people’s input on our conversations, it makes it really easy to lose track of what we were talking about and when. Nonetheless, your apology is appreciated.
