It seems like this song went through quite a lot of production hell. Maeda says in his diary that he considered scrapping it, but Donmaru insisted on including it. The “key” was also lowered by a “half-tone” at least once maybe more (I don’t know what that means). I would’ve very much preferred a different song or just Kimi no Moji to this. Parts like “Kimi no namae wo yobu” just hurt my ears.
It’s a shame because I like the start of the song, and I like the art, but it quickly becomes one of my least favorite tracks on the album.
