I finally managed to get that evidence everyone was talking about
In Kud Wafter, there’s a point where Kud reads A-chan’s name, but she’s interrupted by Kanata, so we can only hear “Amano…”

Since she was reading her name out of a club application form, I’m fairly certain “Amano” is her surname, and not her first name (or part of it).
