Really? That sounds totally counteractive to Singed’s playstyle though… Staying still is usually death.
the active isnt the only thing Zhonyas has. the huge amount of AP and armor should be more than enough to make Singed a threat. not to mention, the active has TONS of uses. the way I’ve seen it most often used is “singed goes in and initiates on someone, then burns zhonyas active to let his team catch up while the enemy team is still split from the initial charge.” of course, this is FAR from the best way you can initiate like that, but its definitely doable.

Now this is a really unique choice imo, he is really nice and stuff but only some poeple can play him properly and know his full potential.
Yeah, I’m not so sure how to play him properly either. I’ve just been trying to imitate Keane for the most part. It just gives such a thrill when you’re able to pop E & Ghostblade and get picks all over the map.

so I finished my ranked promos yesterday. I was super stressed out that I would end up in low silver because I lost too many games, but apparently League knows I’m better than that. (still didn’t make the first 10 games any less stressful, but I’m glad to know I start in a decent spot this year)
I forgot to take a picture of it when it first came up, but you can see it fine like this I guess.
Probably gonna take a break from serious ranked play for a bit before I eventually start the long climb to Master Tier(or at least wherever I end up by the end of the season. hopefully at least Platinum.)

well, good that even if you decay your MMR stays the same and you can get up quickly. I probably wont start mine that fast. Probably not until June, I wanna get some more practice in first.
Oh god so many ppl doing their placements already, i have the urge to play the sht out of ranked but im too scared lol. Well yolo i guess, here I go bronze V lololo (i hope to get at least plat pls). Ill post a pic where I will end up when Im done with my placements.
Pretty sure Gold I is the highest that you can get out of placements. As long as you do well in the first few games you shouldn’t be placed to far down. Good luck mate.
Thanks buddy, but the highest you can get is plat 1, confirmed it with my friends who went 10/0, also other pro players went plat 1 too. You cant get into diamond only by placement matches.
With luck… uh well I had a really bad luck today cuz I lost 2 games out of 2 lol. I knew I should wait a month or two.

[/quote] both of these are false. I don’t know for sure if you can rank into master tier off promo matches yet, but you can rank into diamond 1 if you’re good enough.
If you’ve ranked before, your ranked ELO gets a soft reset at the end of the season. what that means is that basically everyone gets “silverized.” so bronze ELO players will get a slight boost, golds will lose a slight bit, and Diamonds will lose a lot(which is why many of them rank into gold or platinum if they do poor in their promos). after that adjustment, your 10 games only move that new ELO a fair amount, so if you were bronze 5 last season, you could win all of your matches and you still wouldn’t be likely to get placed into gold. conversely, Ika you were diamond last season, so even if you lose all 10 games you would probably end up in high gold, maybe even higher depending on how high up in diamond you were last season.
If you’ve never ranked before, it uses your normal matchmaking MMR in order to determine a starting point. This means that if you play against diamonds in normals, you’ll probably end up around high plat/low diamond when you do your promos.

That was the first time, and the last time, that an Amumu ult caused such chaos.
I dont really want to start the argument, but I scarra from dignitas, nightblue3, dyrus and others did their placements and all went into platinum 1 even tho they were a high challanger players.
Even last season - season 4 i was placed into plat 1 too and no one could get any higher as I heard and then Riot confimed it on AMA reddit really long time ago. And so thats why I think they are still keeping their system like they had. Seriously tho even a high challanger player like BestRivenNA or Imaqtpie got to plat 1, literally every pro player I know went into plat 1 man, this cant be coincidence.
Well i hope so, I decayed from diamond 3 to diamond 5 because I was away for a month. Still I hope for some platinum shizzle. Like plat 1 would be ideal because Its the closest to Diamond after all lolol.

uh not sure really, but I have read that redditors were talking about first challanger NA season 5, that it was a 14 year old kid that just flamed all the time lol. Im not sure if that was NA or EUW, im so forgetful geh
