This guy came out during my break from LoL, so I’ve only just come around to trying him out.
Slowly but surely.
Not sure if I’m bored of Zed yet or not… but he REALLY isn’t satisfying to play. Win or lose, he doesn’t feel fun. It’s just, no matter what I do, at the end I just feel like… “yeah, that’s Zed.”
If you get ahead, you splitpush, kill anyone who comes close, and win.
If you fall behind, their fed guy gets a Zhonyas, and now you can’t touch them, and Zed’s strong points are all gone.
I can win constantly with him, which is a nice change, but winning with him is boring. Maybe his kit is a bit too monotonous for me or something.
So, with the Champion Mastery system live, I decided to go for a game with my favorite and therefor best champ, Lulu. It went pretty good until the whole team decided to solo, then the enemy Kalista got fed, which left the lane with 1 kill, and we almost lost. I told them to pull it together and that we should group and guess what, grouping worked and we won the game.
Rito gave my performance an A- and I think that hits it pretty good, I made some mistakes in lane, one being the kill Kalista got, but we got pretty good. I did good with warding and stuff and A- is definitly the right note here. Maybe went for armor a bit too late, because I didnt realize, that Kalista got that fed.
With the amount I ward, I’ll probably get a few letters higher than I should be just from that. You look at my stats on one of those stat checking websites and it’s like… all average or below, apart from warding which is waaay above standard.
I haven’t had time to play much recently, but I’m looking forward to see how the performance ratings work out. Specifically, I’ve wanted some judgement on my Malphite. I don’t have any tanky supports in my champ pool, so whenever the enemy team get something like a Blitz, or either my Morg or Annie are taken of the table, or even if they get a Morg, my current support pool is useless.
Malph turns out to be a good compromise. I like to roam a lot, so he doesn’t get as tanky as I’d like, and being the only one to actually manage minion waves is really hard on him, but I think he has a good impact on the whole map.
Recently played with a friend from plat who was playing on his friend’s silver account, and he picked Yas so I had a good reason to try out the Malphite against some enemy smurfs. Our Jinx kept pushing waay too far and ignoring the minimap, so they died a lot. The Yasuo actually got greedy and gave up first blood, and then he went on tilt and only got his ult off on single targets. Me and the top lane Vlad spent most of the game just warding as much as possible and catching people out of position. I don’t think I’d have been able to risk going into the enemy jungle to drop wards so much if I was on my Annie, Kennen or Morg. The tankyness and the cc helped to either combo with surprise engages by teammates, or give them enough time to take a tower while I stall the enemy team.
Oh,and when you get an Orianna, Gnar, Sej, Malph, Sivir team comp… it’s glorious. I really need to get Nautilus though.
Aside from that, I’m gonna spam Orianna games again. Been rusty on her since urf happened, and I still need to try out the new quickcast w/ indicators feature, so that’ll be interesting.

So I said that I should at least play a game that I have a bit time between my studies. Aaaaand I forgot there is a champion mastery now or what is it called.
Aaand this is how it went out, I think it’s not that bad after some time playing but still I think I was lucky to get really good members.
(It felt kinda awkward that I was the only one with diamond border in the loading screen lol)
that system is so freking weird. I played a game with Annie got an S and today I played one with Rengar got a C+ and got more points for the Rengar one. I dont even know why.
Idk if this was good enough cuz Im not familiar with the system yet- But I can imagine the system behaving weird. Maybe its just programmed the more assists you have the more points you get -> basically be a team player lol.
I seriously dont know Im just guessing.
I haven’t really paid attention to how much points I get in a game, but for grading, it’s not simple like that. KDA doesn’t mean much. You could die more than anyone else on your team and still get an A. It’s about being active.
If you just sit back and farm as like… Gangplank, only helping out by throwing in an ult or two, you’ll get a D or a C, even if you end up with a bunch of kills and assists.
If you are getting objectives and being a big presence on the map, you’ll be grading well.

Yo can someone please explain this to me?
When I hover with my cursor at the points I get S+ and it says +253 but when Im not, it says +1331.
The question what Im asking is, what are the +253 points? Are those the champion points or are the +1331 (not shown here) the champ points? Im confused and want to get it straight so I would appreciate some brief explanation xD
EDIT: I have passed my finals so now I have a lot of free time to grind LoL again :p. This is my first game after the finals I think it went better than expected ^^.
1331 is your total, 253 is what you got that game… I think~ I haven’t really paid much attention to the numbers.
Oh man, I had this amazing game the other day as Braum. Whole team died in a team fight apart from me and a half-health Brand. I start to retreat, but Brand stays in the middle of the enemy team. I jump to him, bring up my shield, shoo away the enemy team… but my shield goes down, and just as I jump back to Brand, he gets blown up by a Fizz and a Kha’zix. I Q the fleeing Fizz, flash a Blitz hook into an ult on their whole team, and somehow, with the final tick of Brand’s dot, I get a kill on the Fizz… Then I jump back to my minions, and say goodbye to the slowed enemy team.
I’ve also been trying to get back into playing Lux. After getting the new skin, I dropped into an ARAM to try it out and talk about the power of friendship. We got so far ahead that my team decided, in an attempt to get everyone a penta, to get more aggressive than a T-Rex with a energy drink addiction. It was ridiculous.

I had a really good ARAM game, and even got a penta, but we lost pretty hard T_T Didn’t even get a single tower…
My favorite part is the Ekko ult into Leona.
He gave you an assist! Pretty generous imo.
Can we get a little appreciation for my main man, Blood lord Vladamir. 1200+ AP is no laughing matter, especially when it stacks on the HP as well.

I’ve been trying Vlad a bit recently. He’s quite a nice farming champ, but man those early levels hurt. If the enemy get an AP Nunu or a Fiora it’s pretty much game over. Irelia is a bit more manageable, but it’s still hell.
It’s fun to just spam E though.

Also, vlad is pretty cool I like him, I think he is very well fitting because he has potential for good teamfights, and yet he can solo a lot of squishies :p.
NOTE: Im playing league again and I am in Plat 3 100lp now
