KSL Live World 2016: Event Information

VisualArt's has now made available on their website information about the highly-anticipated KSL Live World 2016 ~the Animation Charlotte & Rewrite~! As we reported some time ago, KSL Live World 2016 will be taking place on April 30th 2016, at Toyosu Pit in Tokyo, and, from the looks of it,

I wonder if they’ll announce anything about the anime during this event

Last year, they actually did announce the opening and ending song of Charlotte, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they actually would announce something for the rewrite anime! I’m not counting on a new OP/ED, but I will be counting on at least something

New Charlotte and Rewrite CG collaboration for the site.

When the characters have different moe’s and look like they’re from different universes but are next to each other o.o

I am personally irked by this, and you don’t have to follow what I tell you, but I would highly appreciate if you didn’t use the word “moe” when there are other words that more accurately represent the words you mean to say, such as “artstyle”.

But yes, the key visual is very good and shows a great diversity of Key’s modern works. It makes me hope that this concert would do the same for Key’s musical repertoire (it probably will)

According to this, Lia and Anri Kumaki has been added. YUSSS !!!

I was pretty much expecting Lia, cause, duh, it’s Lia. It’s not a Key concert without Lia. We can hopefully hear Heartily Song and Bravely You.

And for those of you who don’t know Anri Kumaki, she sings “Kimi No Moji” in Charlotte ! We’re getting a Kimi No Moji Live performance ! Possibly Key’s best concert to date !

All we need now is Yanagi Nagi to make this the best Key concert to date … We need Koibumi live… And Reply… And Itsuwaranai Kimi e… And possibly Little Forest…
We also need Annabel and Mao from the Branch album of Rewrite… Then it will be complete (though Annabel only has 1 song from the Branch album, and even with that, she only sings like 2 minutes out of the 6 minutes, and she’s also singing English lyrics, so it’s okay if she can’t make it), then we have Mao who did 2 songs from the Branch album, which would be great to hear live !

Yeah I figured the only reason that they didn’t confirm her yet is because they couldn’t get her to commit yet but they’ve probably sent her an invite or two already by then (maybe even put her songs on the setlist). Well, not sure about Heartily Song since she performed that last year but definitely Bravely You.

Anri Kumaki is a bit of a surprise, but I won’t expect her to sing more than one song… lol

All we need? You’re forgetting something! Maaya Uchida! MAYAYAN! YUSARIN! YUSARIN! YUSARIN!

So another singer confirmed for this year’s KSL Live, and I believe it’s the last one: Haruka Shimotsuki!

While she has done a lot of other VN and anime songs, the only thing in her Key repertoire is… Stardust (aka Hoshizuku), from Kud Wafter. This begs the question why she’d appear in a Rewrite/Charlotte-themed KSL Live but hey, I wonder if this means anything for her in the future!

quietly sits in a corner over not having Mayayan in KSL Live

She also sings the ending song to Harmonia, Towa no Hoshi e.

Oh yeah, and she provides the vocals for Sha La La Ecstasy but something tells me we won’t be hearing that one…

Wow I actually totally forgot that :x now I’m ashamed ahaha… I guess we’re gonna be hearing Harmonia songs here!

Ayyy ! The Harmonia ED live would be beautiful. Key at its finest. Still waiting for YanagiNagi still… It’s really not Rewrite without YanagiNagi :roll_eyes::roll_eyes: Regardless that she only actually sung 2 songs in the original (which are both very beautiful songs that fans would) and then 2/3 more songs for the Branch album.
Would also be nice to get the Branch singers in, like Annabel or Mao.

Yeah and it’s really not Charlotte without Maaya Uchida but hey, what can we do? :’(

Oh yeah, so Ruifan Japan (the provider of the penlight that will come with the concert ticket) showed off one of their new systems in Anime Japan, the Rave System: http://ruifan.co.jp/rave/rave.html

Basically what it does is during a concert, everyone’s penlights can be remotely controlled by some orchestrator, creating really cool patterns within the audience as the concert is playing. It’s really cool stuff and the fact that everyone will be using a penlight gives me an inkling that they plan to use a system like this during the concert~
