Please let me take the opportunity to appreciate Rewrite’s (Chihaya/Shizuru/Lucia) Touka Nishikujou.She was a really amazing second mother to Shizuru and Lucia, being very protective of them in particular.
She really shined in Lucia route, where she’ll even blackmail higher-ups so Lucia can live a more normal life. The scene where she (Shizuru) really tried her best to stop the world from ending to protect Shizuru’s happiness, even if it was totally hopeless and she even sacrificed her life in the process, was really painful to read. Kudos to you, Ma’am.
It’s really great that she (Terra) was still able to fulfill her dream of being a mother even when the story changed. Like how do you managed to take care of five orphans at once?
