Aha that is an issue I can resolve easily next time I work on it. I’ll make it so that if you leave the Author field blank it sticks an = or something at the end so that things like discourse still think it’s part of the url.
Is there a certain font we got to install to get the same font as pic as OP posted?
It’s called Monotype Corsiva, and it’s installed by default on Windows I believe. I may add a substitute font that it uses if you don’t have one.

Ya, definitely not pre-installed with my copy of Windows 10. Probably Microsoft lost license to it or something along those lines.

Also just noticed issues with the text fields aligning badly on vertically-challenged monitors.
Squeezed in a little update! The text fields now automatically delete the text inside them when they are clicked/focused.

I’m not really that experienced with CSS and web development, so basically just made stuff up and looked it up as I went. Thanks for the tips, whenever I’m not lazy I can try fiddling around with that.

This is a pretty neat generator there! Though I was wondering about the text overlapping if the quote exceeds one line… or am I just doing this wrong?? O.O
