Here’s a PV, also a new promo shot on the site featuring more characters.
I saw the promo art first so one guy in 5 girls made me fear it was a Harem, but that’s clearly not the case with the PV, the sidetail girl(Nonoka) is obviously the main, the blue haired girl(Noel) is clearly more important than the rest of the characters too since she was in the original promo picture and has a standout design.
The other four are more than likely the other four children with sidetail-tan in a circle at the start of the PV, and there is no fucking way they didn’t promise something related to the giant space egg in the sky during that scene. Chances are the circle of friends has fallen apart however, since it seems to me that the long haired girl(Shione) is abrasive, her face generally seems frowny in both PV and promo art.
If I had to throw a guess out there, and to stress, this is 100% assumptions from me not based on anything but observations, I’d say a good chunk of the series will follow sidetail as she tries to get her friends back on track to keeping the space egg related promise, and also being friends again in general.
The blue haired girl is a wildcard, seems to be a supernatural being, since she’s there with loli-sidetail without any appearance difference, what part she’ll play I’m not too sure.
Man I can’t help but feel I just described AnoHana there.
Also there is a giant space egg in the sky that’s probably important.
I’m completely spitballing here mind you, I picked up a good deal of what was being said in the voice over but not all of it, so I could just be spouting some garbage against what’s actually been stated for alI know.
