She has always been sameface-y with the girls, though, with rarities like Kyou and Nishikujou once in a while, (Men, to a somewhat lesser extent: you can still tell a substantive difference between Kotarou and Rei). It probably looked worse now because it’s further aggravated by the current style she took for the eyes: the way she’s been drawing eyelashes obscures the subtle differences in the direction of their eyes, and she tends to stick with round eyes a lot whether it’s tsurime or tareme.
Her anatomical sense has improved, though, and it’s nice to see her draw some of her older characters and compare them, like the one time she drew Akane Satomura from ONE:

Warts and all, yeah I’m still a Hinonie apologist. I like her art when she’s not like drawing lewds. And thanks for this post, because I didn’t know she did art for Ignis Memoria. They’re nice.~

I don’t think so. I think that may have just been a small side-project she was doing with Romeo Tanaka.
I think the spooky story you’re talking about might be the horror comic Doppel Killer / 「ドッペル殺し」
I don’t know the specifics, but I believe there’s a contest happening/there was a contest happening, and the staff behind Doppel Killer are/were collaborating with Itaru Hinoue. She illustrated the main character 雨地 雛/Hina Amachi.

If anyone wanna try to follow Marginal Night (I don’t), the magazine is available online in e-book format. Publishing started in the 2018 June edition (６月号) and there’s 6 ‘episodes’ out so far. Thing with e-manga sites is that there’s a ton of them, and you just pick one that works you.

She draw a article of Ranma and Akane for a dojinshi of Ranma 1/2. She was a fan of Rumiko Takahashi works about 30 years ago. This sampler shows part of picture that draw by her and other artists on page 12.

UPDATE
- I added some missing things Itaru Hinoue has done on the original post.
- I also changed the Marginal Night and Koropokkur in Love links. The Marginal Night link now leads to its page on Comptiq which it is released under. The Koropokkur in Love link goes to its Steam page now instead of its original Kickstarter page.
- I added addition things for the Visual Novel’s, such as developers and publishers.
