With Charlotte over, VisualArt's have been hurling more and more Harmonia news at us each day. And today, we have the announcement of a new character, and voice actors for three of our cast! (excluding Rei, the voiceless protagonist).
Shiona will be voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi, who you would've heard
This announcement of voice actors/actresses made me realize something: The protagonist isn’t voiced? Or maybe he is and they’re holding out the VA
If the protagonist isn’t voiced… I think that’ll ruin the series to be honest, so I hope they’re holding out.
Well it’s pretty uncommon in Key’s history for the protagonist to be voiced, so I’m not surprised.
I think he might mean how during certain scenes Otonoshi and Kotarou are voiced (I think Riki too but I’m not sure) and there seems to be no sign here. I’d just assume it’s because it’s a kinetic novel that probably has a shorter read time.
Interesting. I’m going to be honest, I never heard the name Kaori Mizuhashi until now and after looking her up on Wikipedia, I was surprised she voiced a few characters that I know like Mami from Madoka Magica, Navi and Ciela from the Zelda franchise and Michiru from Grisaia. So I’m looking forward to seeing her performance as Shiona. 
Yeah, there are scenes where Riki was voiced, notably during the battle sequences, the baseball practice and some parts of Refrain.
