We generally don’t keep scores, but if you’re really interested I’m pretty sure either Bonecuss or I were winning the most often. Probably in his favor if you discount my free wins from 5+ star songs, I suck at slower songs. 
as far as moving the mouse faster, I wouldn’t worry about it until later. I played just fine with an old 160 dpi mouse; it wasn’t really a problem until I started playing some REALLY hard songs.(to put that into perspective, I run my current mouse at 8400 dpi, meaning that the entire length of my screen translates to about 1cm of mouse movement, it used to be about a foot) The other option is to get a tablet; as most top tier players do. That’s generally easier for most people to play with.
