I have no words…

But yeah, shit’s going down next episode, everyone knows it :stuck_out_tongue: Only question is how

isnt a spoiler tag for that post needed ?

You find out that everyone is dead in Angel Beats! within the first 10 seconds of the first episode.

So…

(Episode 6 Speculation) Do you think she’s dead?

I don’t think they’d make it so vague whether or not she’s dead, if they weren’t planning on keeping her alive. I’ll just wait until an actual confirmation that she’s dead, before I say she definitely is. You won’t fool me this time Jun Maeda.

That’s how I feel. Unless that’s what they want us to think and she really is dead!

I’m leaning towards alive because of what @Pik3rob said and it feels like a waste to give her this cool power then kill her with it her first time using it.

This is just a feeling, but I think that Ayumi isn’t dead yet. Her power seems to be hinted at being a lot more important than we think, so having her disappear right after her power arrives seems a bit counter-intuitive

It seems that fate has already been decided (Charlotte episode 6 spoiler speculation, and Angel beats <- Though someone said it wasn’t a spoiler for Angel beats, so yeah)

Yuu is crying his eyes out in her room in the PV.

SHE DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAD

If she is dead, then I only hope that the story doesn’t go off on a tangent and focus on trying to revive her through ability holders or something

I have a feeling you’re in for a disappointment.

How would that be a tangent? Its not like there is some goal that the past 6 episodes have been working towards that would be diverged from if that is indeed where the story goes.

…Touché

Well, I just hope it won’t go that way. (other key works spoilers)CLANNAD was alright because Tomoya wasn’t actively trying to revive Nagisa, but it just happened after everything he had done. With Charlotte, it seems like there is a chance they would use their powers specifically for that purpose, what with the timelapse hinted at the opening, and I would like to avoid that :frowning:

Maybe they want us to think that she’s dead with the pv… Actually she’s badly hurt, but alive. And later on they will find someone with healing powers

After thinking about it for a while, my theory is that she’s not dead, but she’s in a kind of coma in which she can’t control her ability, and the anime will be centered on trying to make her come back before she destroy everything. I could be very wrong though. In my opinion it would make no sense to kill her in an anime where one of the main characters literally allows dead people to use her body, thus why I think she is alive.

I don’t think she’s dead. I mean, we didn’t even see her body. And if she is, (CLANNAD ~ After Story spoiler) is it possible for Ayumi to create the illusionary world that Ushio created for her own purposes ?

Also. (Little Busters! ~ Refrain, and CLANNAD ~ After story spoiler) Basically, Little Busters somewhat, you can say, had a reset. Since the days kept going in the artificial world, yet little to no time had passed in the real world. Same thing for CLANNAD, time kept going, and the illusionary world made the time reset so Nagisa could live again I’m not really surprised if something like that happens in Charlotte.

I don’t think it’s anything of that nature, I think she is either A. Dead or B. Captured by scientists.

I wouldn’t be surprised, but I’m not sure I would like it either
