Good thing you guys talked about the dog for a bit. Don’t underestimate dogs! #KiharaNoukan

Are we debating the Sala pronunciation?

There’s my guess.

There are negatives in the discussion that you didn’t really bring up. I guess it’s good to have some positive coverage though~
I do think Sala and Yuu’s interactions were forced, but not in the ways you brought up. The wandering singers thing is true pretty much everywhere I think. They still go out and have fun. I don’t think them meeting was weird.
Sala was used to state all of Yuu’s feelings in the episode. It was character development, but it was all outright told to us instead of being shown to us.

Side note: Biz points sound like something you should be trying not to get.

I definitely like how you guys kept this podcast pretty lighthearted, lol. Dog is most important character, after all! But hey, you still kept it real

Was great to hear @Bizkitdoh’s thoughts on this episode, considering it was a music-heavy episode, and I am pretty satisfied  thanks biz~ I especially like how you guys pointed out how Yuu has changed. A lot of people don’t like that Yuu has reverted from his “edgy” side, but he’s definitely shown growth since episode 7, and that is what’s important, I think.

Great job as always, guys~

Yeah as we said, I would’ve liked to have some more negative opinions on this episode, but nobody wanted to talk about it, ahaha… So we can only go by what we thought people had problems with based on the forum discussion.

Regarding Sala’s role here, I honestly would’ve preferred if it was her telling us how Yuu felt. His inner monologues were completely unnecessary here.

I’ve hated on their use of Yuu monologues before too. That is exactly the same as Sala telling us. Do we need to blatantly be told “oh, so you’re sad about this subject relating to your sister who just died!” like that?
It’s annoying. Just have him be uncertain, or focus on visual expression - don’t make characters spell it out for us.
